Dan Levy's character, David Rose, may have had his fairytale romance on Schitt's Creek with Noah Reid's character, Patrick Brewer, but in real life, it seems that Levy is currently single, though he does have a high-profile friendship with former co-star Stacey Farber. On Schitt’s Creek, Levy plays the spoiled but lovable David, a former rich kid who is forced to live in a run-down motel with his family after his parents’ business manager scams them and leaves them with nothing to their name but the titular town.

I once had a gay roommate that spoke pretty much exactly like him, who I didn't like. And so being gay myself, knowing how catty & snarky some guys in the community can be (especially towards each other), I didn't really like David at first. Over the course of the show, David has relationships with both men and women. In season two, he meets and falls for Sebastien, a handsome musician who serenades him with a rendition of “Simply the Best” by Tina Turner.

David, played by show creator Dan Levy, begins the series as a snobby, hard-to-please man who can't wait to escape the tiny town of Schitt's Creek. Patrick, on the other hand, is a buttoned-up businessman who has never been in a homosexual relationship. Kudos to them for completing the series at the top even though we were wanting more!!!

I love this show. So, it's incredible. Thank you to all for this gem. Congratulations to you all. Why am I asking them then?

Wish you could bring it back for many more seasons or create another comedy series. I shall cherish that scene for at least a year.

Currently, it appears that Hampshire is single since calling off her engagement; she has also only been romantically linked to two people, ever. It's such a full circle moment for me right now to be writing this love story for them and to look back at it and just remember that there was a time in my life when I honestly didn't think that would be a possibility for myself. It's interesting, because it's still kind of an ongoing conversation on the show in terms of Patrick being fresh out of the closet and exploring what that means.

While traveling to Key West with my daughter I came upon her watching this series. Just finished watching the series! We learn better when David befriends Stevie, the manager of the run-down motel where the family is living, and the two of them develop a friends-with-benefits relationship. Thank all of you for making that possible, especially in the world we live in today. He would be such a hoot to hang out with.

I schitts watched this series over three days after newly accessing Netflix. Then there was a throuple, and now there's Patrick Noah Reida yin-yang creek so absolutely perfect for David — notice all the ways he challenges David, life with the potential mortification of this season's open-mic night at the store they co-own together gay you'd be heartbroken if they didn't last.
